Amazing newborn photography session

When I walked into this newborn session I did a double take. I knew dad was the brothers with my past client but I didn’t expect a twin. I was shocked at the fact that they look exactly alike. This family was just wonderful..I even got one of baby with Grandma. Big sister was not too sure about me but I was able to capture the impossible newborn with a two year old shot.

I love how newborns bring a family together. It is such an amazing time in a families life. I am so blessed that people allow me to photograph it so they can remember years down the road.

Cedar Park Tx maternity session

This maternity photography session was extra special for me. We met up in Cedar Park and had a blast.

My wonderful friend Lyndsay from Life in Motion Photography is expecting her 4th. We had a blast getting together and capturing their excitement. This baby is coming into a family that has a lot of love and laughter. He is one lucky baby.

This family is very special to me. I met Emily years ago and have been photographing her beautiful family since the birth of her adorable baby boy. It has been such an honor. Today she they met the newest addition to her family. I am so excited to see them through the journey again and meet her baby girl.

p.s. baby girl still doesn’t have a name and I am pushing for Sara. Don’t you all think it is a nice name…anyone. We will see. LOL

Wall of Love – Austin Family Photographer

I love sharing ideas for displaying images in your house. This is my new wall of love/joy. I smile every time I see it. Mainly because it reminds me of how much my kids have grown in such a short time. Seeing my little E and his toes makes my heart sing. Reminds me to enjoy them now because soon they will be different and I will miss it.

When clients don’t know what to do with their images I always suggest printing out their images as 12×12 canvases. You can add to the wall slowly and break it up and move it around at any time. I used to have it as two rows of 4. Then I decided to change things up and separated them. I put 2 on a small wall and the other 6 at my entrance as two rows of 3. Then we moved and I had this little niche to fill. I decided to add an a new canvas and make it 9. I love that you can see how big the boys have grown and love remembering how small they used to be <3

p.s. They are not uneven. I purposely left space at the bottom so I could put small prints on the ledge. LOL

still catching up. This baby was a family celebration. Mom wanted to celebrate the new arrival by involving grandparents and I was happy to document such a special time. Grandma had come all the way from Germany to see her first granddaughter. Every one in the family was beyond thrilled and I tried to capture them during this time of happiness.
