Alexander and The Kid offers a variety of session options. Our Signature Session and our Simplicity Sessions.
Our Signature Session is perfect if you want the full Alexander and The Kid Adventure. Our Signature Session last longer to have ample time to capture your family and include more images that tell your family’s story. Each session is unique and memorable. Our Simplicity Sessions have no session fee making them a perfect budget friendly option. Simplicity Sessions include a shorter session with less images in your online gallery.

Signature Session Fee 200 (weekday) & 250 (weekend)
Session fee includes the artist’s talent and time. Sessions last 2-3 hours and take place at your home or location of your choosing in the Austin area. All sessions receive an online gallery with 40-60 digitally retouched images that will tell your family’s story. Also included is a pre-session consultation with Sara to find out what you are looking for in a session to ensure your images are unique and memorable. Sara’s goal is to capture your family’s spirit and the adventure of childhood. Prints/Digital files are purchased separately.
We offer a variety of products to display the images from your session. Digital files, prints, albums, and other boutique items. Packages start at 650 | Prints start at 50. On average our clients spend between 1200-1800 to get prints, files and a variety of boutique items. Contact us for our complete pricing
Simplicity Sessions
No session fee, you simply pre-purchase one of our Simplicity Collections
Newborn Simplicity Session (Collections start at 600)
An alternative to our Signature session is our newborn studio session. What is the difference? You come to my studio located in Pflugerville. I spend 1-2 hours with you and photograph your new bundle of joy. I will also take a few family/relationship shots. You will get a gallery with 10-15 digitally retouched images. No additional purchase required. Only available on T/Th. Weekend dates not available. Limited to 4 family members. (Read our newborn page to find out more)
Simplicity Session** (Collections start at 400)
Our all inclusive session includes a 20-25 minute outdoor session in the Pflugerville/North Austin area. You will receive an online gallery with 8-12 digitally retouched images. No additional purchase required. Up to 4 family members. Only available on weekdays. $50 weekend fee.

* Signature Session Fine Print – A $400 minimum purchase is required per signature session so that we can limit our number of sessions to provide you with the highest level of customer service. Session fee is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. Limited to immediate family members. Sessions must be within 20 miles of zip code 78660, anything outside of that area requires an additional travel fee.
**Simplicity Session – $50 travel fee to have sessions out of the Pflugerville/North Austin Area. Only available on weekdays. $50 weekend fee.
